When booking we require an email or postal address and telephone number in order confirm your reservation.
Cancellation Policy, accommodation only:
If you need to cancel your online reservation please advise us through our online booking system (quoting your booking reference number) or, if booked by telephone please contact us by email or telephone. If cancelled more than 48 hours prior to your arrival date you will only be charged the 10% booking fee.
If later than this ie: less than 48 hours' notice, we will make our best efforts to reallocate the room/s. If successful, there will be no further charge. If we do not rent the room we reserve the right to charge for the first nights’ accommodation.
If a guest does not arrive and we are not notified, we reserve the right to charge for the entire period of accommodation booked.
Please ensure you have adequate insurance to cover you against any loss incurred if you are unable to travel.
Check In & Check out:
Rooms are available for check-in from 3pm to 9pm. Hot Tub Party! - Check in from 6pm.
Standard check out time is before 12 noon on day of departure. Hot Tub Party! - Check out before 3pm.
Should you require a check-in or check-out outside of these times please let us know and we will do our best to oblige.
If your flight or ferry is not until later in the day, you are very welcome to use our guest lounge and gardens until you are ready to leave.
Please, if possible, let us know what time you expect to arrive.

Damage & Breakages:
We reserve the right to charge for any items damaged or broken, either wilfully or by neglect, or items removed from the premises, either by accident or on purpose. Notice will be given by e-mail prior to credit or debit card being charged.
